1. Raw material fermentation

The primary step in producing organic fertilizer from feces is fermentation. Mix raw materials such as feces, straw, and urea in proportion, and use an organic fertilizer fermentation turning machine for turning and fermentation to ensure uniform fermentation and complete decomposition of the materials. This process not only eliminates odors, but also effectively removes pathogens and weed seeds, which is a key step in generating high-quality organic fertilizers.

2. Crushing and processing

The fermented raw materials are usually in the form of blocks or irregular shapes, which require the use of an organic fertilizer grinder for crushing. After crushing, a uniform particle size is formed, which facilitates subsequent processing operations.

3. Raw material mixing

The crushed raw materials enter the double shaft mixer and are thoroughly mixed with other supplementary materials. The addition of trace elements, minerals, and other materials in this step makes the organic fertilizer composition more comprehensive and effectively enhances the nutritional content of the fertilizer.

4. Granulation molding

The mixed raw materials enter the granulation stage, which is an important step in determining the shape of the finished product. The commonly used granulation equipment includes disc granulators and roller extrusion granulators.

5. Disc granulator: suitable for producing large particles, with strong adaptability and high ball forming rate. The finished product is round and spherical, which is conducive to packaging and transportation.

Roll squeezing granulator: suitable for producing organic fertilizers with small particles and high density. The finished product has good hardness and compression resistance, and is suitable for applications that require stable particles.

6. Drying and cooling

The organic fertilizer after granulation needs to be dried by a dryer to evaporate the excess water in the material and extend the storage time of the organic fertilizer. The dried particles are further cooled by a cooling machine to ensure the stability of the finished fertilizer.

7. Screening and packaging

The cooled organic fertilizer particles enter the screening machine for screening, and the particles that do not meet the standards are screened out for recycling and reprocessing to ensure the consistency of the finished product. **Qualified organic fertilizer particles are packaged in bags through packaging equipment for easy transportation, storage, and sale.
