Workflow:

Wet or sticky fertilizers (such as organic fertilizer particles that have not been dried after granulation) enter from the high end of the drum, and the drum rotates slowly;

The copying board on the inner wall will continuously "lift and throw" the material, on the one hand to prevent the material from adhering to the sieve (to prevent blockage of the mesh), and on the other hand to allow the material to fully contact the sieve;

Qualified particles that meet the mesh size (such as 3-5mm) pass through the mesh under the action of gravity and fall into the lower collection hopper;

The large pieces of material with mesh holes (such as undifferentiated fertilizer clumps) rotate with the drum and are discharged from the lower outlet. They can be crushed and re screened.
