Core component replacement and maintenance of organic fertilizer production line:
Bearings: Replace the bearings of high-frequency operating equipment such as crushers and granulators (even if there is no obvious wear, it is recommended to replace them every 3-6 months to avoid bearing jamming and motor burnout), and clean the oil stains on the bearing seat before replacement;
Pressure roller: Check the surface wear of the pressure roller of the extrusion granulator (if the pressure roller pattern is worn flat, it needs to be re drawn or replaced to ensure the compactness of the particles);
Hydraulic system (separator/filter press): Replace the hydraulic oil (using 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil), clean the filter screen of the hydraulic oil tank, and check for leaks in the oil pipe joints (if there are leaks, replace the sealing ring).
Maintenance of heat source and cooling system:
Drying machine hot air stove: clean the furnace dust and flue blockage (blow with a high-pressure air gun), check whether the burner nozzle is coking (if coking, clean with a wire brush to ensure flame stability);
Cooling machine: Clean the oil stains on the impeller of the cooling fan, check the wear of the fan bearings (if there is any abnormal noise during rotation, replace the bearings), and clean the blockages in the ventilation holes of the cooling cylinder.
Batch replacement of vulnerable parts:
Batch replacement of screen mesh (crusher, screening machine), filter cloth (separator), needle (packaging sewing machine) and other short-lived components to avoid individual component damage affecting the entire line.
