Organic fertilizer fermentation is quite important in the entire production process, and the quality of organic fertilizer also depends greatly on the fermentation process. The heating time of organic fertilizer equipment during the production of organic fertilizer fermentation refers to the early stage of the composting process. The composting temperature gradually rises from ambient temperature to 45 ℃, and the dominant microorganisms are thermophilic microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes. The differentiation substrates are mainly sugars and starches, and fungal fruiting bodies can be found at all times. Animals and protozoa also participate in differentiation.

At the high temperature of organic fertilizer fermentation, when the heap stabilizes above 45 ℃, it enters the high temperature period. At this moment, thermophilic microorganisms are restrained and even die, while thermophilic microorganisms rise to become the dominant microorganisms. The organic fertilizer granulator continues to oxidize and differentiate the residual and newly formed soluble organic substances in the compost before granulation, and the disordered organic substances such as hemicellulose cellulose and protein are also initially severely differentiated.

The replacement of microbial activity in organic fertilizer fermentation occurs. Generally, thermophilic fungi and actinomycetes are more active at 60 ° C. When the temperature rises to 70 ° C, fungi are almost completely inactive, only thermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes are active. When the temperature rises to 80 ° C, most thermophilic microorganisms are no longer accustomed to it and enter a state of dormancy and death in large numbers. The optimal temperature for modern organic fertilizer production lines for compost production is generally 60 ° C, because most microorganisms are more active in this temperature range and easily differentiate into organic matter, while pathogenic bacteria and parasites can be mostly killed.
