1. Rack section: The equipment rack is welded from carbon steel plates and channel steel, and the entire manufacturing process follows product qualification certification standards and specific process requirements to ensure that the equipment can achieve its intended use.

2. Transmission screening part: This part adopts a combined screening method, where power is transmitted from the transmission wheel to the main shaft through a coupling, and the screening device is welded to the main shaft cage. After the material enters the equipment from the feeding end, it will continue to rotate and grade in the roller cage, and then flow out evenly from the lower discharge port, achieving the separation of finished products and return materials and reducing labor intensity.

3. Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley and V-belt to operate, thereby driving the reducer to rotate the main shaft. The gearbox reducer and the main engine are driven by column pin couplings, which facilitate equipment assembly and subsequent maintenance.

Preparation work before starting the drum screening machine

1. After the installation and inspection of all components of the drum screen are completed and qualified, it can be put into trial operation. Before debugging, carefully check whether all components are installed correctly according to the drawings and whether all fasteners are tightened.

2. Manually rotate the screening drum and observe whether there is any jamming or friction during the operation of the drum screen. If there is, it can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.

3. Check the lubrication condition of each bearing seat and gearbox, and ensure that the oil level inside the gearbox is appropriate.

4. The power connector connection should be firm and reliable, with good insulation performance, and the grounding operation should be correct.
