The conversion of manure from breeding farms into valuable bio organic fertilizers provides high-quality fertilizers for agriculture, reduces environmental pollution, and enhances the sustainable development capacity of breeding farms.
1. Collection and pretreatment of fecal matter
The feces, urine, and other organic waste from the breeding farm need to be collected and transported to the processing area first. For feces with high humidity, dehydration treatment may be necessary to reduce moisture content and facilitate subsequent fermentation processes.
2. Fermentation and composting treatment
Composting fermentation: The manure from the breeding farm is converted into organic fertilizer through composting fermentation. During the composting process, microorganisms (such as bacteria and fungi) decompose organic matter and convert it into nutrients that plants can absorb. In order to promote the fermentation process, it is usually necessary to add some auxiliary materials (such as straw, sawdust, etc.) to increase the carbon nitrogen ratio and enhance the activity of microorganisms.
3. Screening and drying
After composting fermentation is completed, the organic fertilizer materials produced are usually screened to remove larger undecomposed substances. Then, dry the organic fertilizer as needed to reduce its moisture content to a reasonable level.
4. Crushing and mixing
After screening and drying, the organic fertilizer can be further refined by a grinder to meet the standards of granular or powdered fertilizer. According to different customer needs, mixing and blending can be carried out, and other fertilizer ingredients can be added to make organic fertilizers more targeted and effective.
5. Packaging and Storage
After the above processing steps, the bio organic fertilizer can be packaged for sale or directly applied in agricultural production.
Notes to be noted:
Composition of feces: The composition of feces produced by different types of farms (such as pigs, cows, chickens, etc.) varies. Adjustments need to be made according to the nature of different feces during processing to ensure effective treatment.
Technical and equipment requirements: Although the process of treating manure into bio organic fertilizer can bring many benefits, it also requires investment in corresponding treatment equipment and technology, such as composting turners, fermentation tanks, dehydration equipment, etc.
