The BB fertilizer production line is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of compound fertilizer factories and fertilizer distributors, with a production capacity of 100000-100000 tons. It adopts the process of direct feeding from the lifting tank and direct unloading from the mixer, almost achieving the goal of "zero" material dropping.

The main equipment of BB fertilizer adopts forward and reverse operation, and the material mixing and output are carried out through a special internal spiral mechanism and a three-dimensional structure. The entire equipment has the advantages of low price, small footprint, high output, and uniform mixing.

The BB fertilizer production line points are as follows:

（1） Fully automatic. The BB fertilizer production line consists of three parts: an automatic batching system, a mixing system, and a quantitative packaging machine. It is computer-controlled and fully automated. Greatly reducing staff and lowering labor intensity.

The mixing system adopts a drum type non-destructive mixer and a bucket type feeder, which not only does not damage the original particle shape of the material, but also prevents the separation of the mixed product; Batch intermittent mixing method, with high mixing uniformity. The blade design of the mixer ensures uniform mixing and rapid feeding and discharging. Effectively improved the quality and market competitiveness of the product.

2. In response to the humid climate, relatively small production workshops, and high labor costs in southern China, the XYPF-B series (ground feeding method) production line equipment has a bottom mounted batching system and bucket type lifting. The production line has a compact structure, small footprint, and directly feeds on the ground, resulting in relatively low labor intensity. The bucket type lifting device minimizes the contact between materials and air to the greatest extent possible, avoiding moisture absorption and regain of materials during the production process.

The XYPF-II series anti-corrosion models adopt different special anti-corrosion measures, greatly extending the service life of the equipment and suitable for use in rainy and humid areas.
