Producing organic fertilizers using modern organic fertilizer production line technology involves fermenting agricultural waste, livestock manure, and other materials to create organic fertilizers. The resulting organic fertilizers, rich in trace nutrients, various amino acids, enzymes, and beneficial microorganisms, effectively improve soil quality. Containing abundant organic matter and humic acid, these fertilizers enhance soil conditions and are ideal as base fertilizers. The physicochemical properties of the soil improve, enhancing water and nutrient retention. Biogas slurry itself performs excellently as a base fertilizer. When combined with seed soaking in biogas slurry and foliar top dressing, the effects are even better, effectively preventing pests and diseases in crops and fruits throughout their growth cycle, reducing the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Currently, the biogas sludge organic fertilizer produced via organic fertilizer manufacturing technology using the annual 10,000-ton organic fertilizer granulation production line process is odor-free, more convenient, and easier to store and transport.



Organic fertilizers produced using modern organic fertilizer production line technology also possess the following characteristics:


It contains abundant proteins, with the crude protein content of dried material reaching 10-20%, and also includes special amino acids such as methionine and lysine, which are valuable for feed.


② It contains abundant nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and mineral salts, suitable for the growth and development of crops and livestock.


③ It contains a certain amount of hormones and vitamins, which are beneficial for the growth of poultry and livestock.


④ Non-toxic and odorless, with low levels of bacteria and pathogens.
