Have you done the daily maintenance of the tracked stacker correctly?
Release time:2026-03-16 Views:28 Sources:Tai an Hongxin Environmental Protection Sales Co., Ltd

For track type turners, due to the high amount of dust and sludge in their daily working environment, daily maintenance is particularly important. If maintenance is not done properly, it is easy to cause the turner to malfunction, affecting normal use and the efficiency of turner operations, thereby affecting the production of the entire organic fertilizer production line.

If the tracked stacker you purchased requires daily flipping operations, it needs to be inspected and maintained every day. If the operation is not very frequent, it can be changed to once a week for inspection and maintenance. The main inspection and maintenance contents include:

1. Check whether there is any oil leakage in the bolts, nuts, and oil tank bolts of each connecting part.

2. Check whether the fixed pins, split pins, etc. of each part are normal, and replace them in a timely manner if they are damaged.

3. Check if the flipping teeth are loose or damaged, and tighten or replace them if necessary.

4. Check if all electrical connectors are secure, if the insulation outer layer of the wires is intact, and repair or replace them promptly if necessary.

5. Clean the sludge attached to the flipping machine to prevent clumping and agglomeration.

7. Check the remaining fuel, oil, and coolant levels, and promptly replenish and replace them.

8. When flipping wheels, it is also important to check the tire pressure.

Regular maintenance and upkeep of tracked stacker

1. When the flipping machine works for 3-4 months, the gear oil in the gearbox needs to be replaced, and the bearings of various operating parts need to be cleaned, then re oiled and sealed. If the wear is severe, it needs to be replaced.

2. Remove the dust cover from the equipment, check and tighten the bolts on each drive rod. Prevent machine parts from being worn and scrapped due to loose transmission rod bolts.

3. Remove the drivers seat and the cover plate under the seat, check and tighten the bolts on the drive shaft. Prevent the transmission shaft from loosening due to loose bolts on the transmission shaft seat, which may cause the shaft to tilt and rotate.

4. When used in winter, antifreeze should be added to the water tank. If antifreeze is not added, water must be heated before operation. After operation, the water in the water tank, body, and refrigerator must be drained to prevent freezing.

5. Check if all electrical components are working properly, if the wire connectors are secure, and if the wire sheath is intact.

6. Check the tension of the drive belt, and if the belt becomes loose, adjust it promptly. If there are signs of belt wear, cracks, or other aging, it should be replaced. After replacing the new belt, adjustments should be made two to three weeks later to eliminate any looseness in the belt.

7. Attention should be paid to rust prevention treatment for all exposed parts of the flipping machine, and they can be covered when parked outdoors.
