1. Bearing

The bearings of the crusher support the entire load of the equipment, so proper lubrication is closely related to the service life of the bearings and directly affects the machines lifespan and operational rate. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and of good quality. The main lubrication points of the equipment include: (1) rotating bearings, (2) roller bearings, (3) all gears, (4) sliding bearings, and rolling surfaces.

2. Newly installed wheel rims are prone to loosening and require frequent inspection.

3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine are functioning properly.

4. Inspect the damage level of easily damaged parts and replace them promptly when necessary.

5. When placing the base plate of the moving device, remove dust and other debris to prevent the machine from encountering non-breakable materials, which could cause the moving bearing to fail to slide on the base plate and lead to a serious accident.

6. If the bearing oil temperature is high, stop the machine immediately and inspect the cause.

7. If there is an impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, stop immediately for inspection and removal.
