Fermentation equipment: Fermentation tanks and turntables are the core of the fermentation process. There are various types of flipping machines, such as slot type, wheel type, shovel type, etc., which can be flexibly selected according to actual needs. During the fermentation process, microorganisms gradually convert the organic matter in the raw materials into the nutrients required for fertilizers, achieving the harmless and resourceful disposal of waste.

Crushing equipment: including vertical crushers, horizontal crushers, semi wet material crushers, etc. For example, the vertical crusher HFLF60 has a power of 18.5kW, and the horizontal crusher HFWS50 has a power of 7.5kW × 2. These devices can finely process the decomposed materials, providing suitable raw materials for subsequent mixing and granulation.

Mixing equipment: such as disc mixers, horizontal mixers, double shaft mixers, etc. Taking the vertical mixer HFLJ18 as an example, there are 2 units with a power of 5.5kW × 2. The mixer mixes the crushed material evenly with compound fertilizer and trace elements to ensure the balance of fertilizer composition.

Granulation equipment: mainly includes disc granulators, drum granulators, extrusion granulators, etc. The HFCL32 disc granulator has a power of 11 kW, and the HFZL16 drum granulator has a power of 11 kW. These devices shape the uniformly mixed materials into granular organic fertilizers to meet the needs of different users.

Screening equipment: drum screening machines, vibrating screening machines, etc. are responsible for separating finished products from return materials, or achieving fine grading of finished products. The 2FZS35 drum screening machine has a power of 1.1kW × 2, which is easy to maintain and replace, easy to operate, and runs smoothly.

Drying and cooling equipment: drum dryer, triple return dryer, rotary cooler, etc. are used to perform necessary drying and cooling of granular fertilizers. The power of the rotary dryer HFGZ15 is 15kW, and the power of the rotary cooler HFLQ1210 is 7.5kW, ensuring product quality.

Supporting equipment: automatic batching system, rotary coating machine, quantitative packaging scale, mobile flipping machine, etc. have optimized the automation control and packaging efficiency of the production line, making the entire production process smoother and more efficient.
