Organic fertilizer production line is an equipment that uses fresh chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, duck manure and other livestock and poultry manure as raw materials, adds nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other substances, and ferments rice bran, yeast, soybean meal and sugar for a certain period of time to produce bio fertilizers. The entire production process includes all equipment from raw material collection to packaging and sales. The specific process is as follows:

Chicken manure dewatering machine: Firstly, the collected chicken manure is dehydrated for subsequent fermentation and processing.

Fermentation turning machine (or high-temperature rapid fermentation tank): Mix dehydrated chicken manure with added substances such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and place it in the fermentation turning machine or high-temperature rapid fermentation tank for fermentation.

Forklift silo: After fermentation is completed, use a shovel to transport the fermented materials to the silo.

Wet material crusher: crushes wet materials in the silo for better mixing and granulation.

Horizontal mixer: Mix and stir the crushed material with biological bacteria such as rice bran, yeast, soybean meal, and sugar.

Granulator: Granulate the mixed material to form granular organic fertilizer.

Drying machine: Drying the organic fertilizer after granulation to remove excess moisture.

Cooling machine: The dried organic fertilizer needs to be cooled for subsequent packaging.

Drum screening machine: Screen the cooled organic fertilizer to ensure uniform particle size.

Coating machine: Coating the screened organic fertilizer to increase its shelf life and effectiveness.

Packaging equipment: Packaging the coated organic fertilizer for sale.

Belt conveyor: Transport the packaged organic fertilizer to the designated location to complete the entire production process.
